APPOINTMENTS
All services are offered by appointment only. To secure your preferred time, day, and service provider, please schedule your appointment as early as possible. Clients receiving multiple treatments will be provided with a robe and sandals.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
As we prioritize a focused and serene environment during appointments. Please note that for this particular visit, children and additional guests are not permitted to accompany you.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If you have any disabilities, physical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, please inform our staff upon scheduling. Some spa or facial treatments may not be suitable for your situation.
PRENATAL MASSAGES
Expectant mothers must be in their second trimester to receive massage therapy. For any prenatal massages after 36 weeks of pregnancy, a doctor’s consent form is required. High risk pregnancies must have a doctor’s consent.
ARRIVAL TIME
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. First-time clients and those returning yearly must complete necessary forms before receiving services, as mandated by the Louisiana Boards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you notify Lafayette Massage at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. However, if you inform us with less than 48 hours' notice but prior to your appointment time, you can still reschedule by calling us. The fee to reschedule will be $25.00 in this window.
To secure your appointment, a credit card or gift card number is required for the deposit.
QUIET ZONE
To maintain a serene atmosphere for yourself and other guests, we kindly ask that you speak softly while at Lafayette Massage. Please silence your cell phones and refrain from taking calls in treatment areas or the lobby.
GRATUITIES
Gratuity is not included in service or package prices. A customary tip of 18% to 20% is appreciated, but ultimately at your discretion.
GIFT CARDS
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Our gift cards are valid for two years from the purchase date. Lafayette Massage is not liable for lost or stolen cards, so please treat your card as you would cash.
